McKay Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a major solar farm initiative. 

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the project from initiation through to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Conducting daily productivity reviews and monitoring progress against the project schedule and cost estimates.
  • Overseeing all on-site installation activities, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to drive performance and maintain quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in leadership minimum 3 years.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • EWRB Practicing Licence - desirable
