McKay Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a major solar farm initiative.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the project from initiation through to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conducting daily productivity reviews and monitoring progress against the project schedule and cost estimates.
- Overseeing all on-site installation activities, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to drive performance and maintain quality standards.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in leadership minimum 3 years.
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- EWRB Practicing Licence - desirable
