We are looking for a highly skilled Electrician with Switchboard Manufacturing Experience to join our MGE Switchboard team based in Whangarei.

The primary focus of this role is testing MV & LV Electrical Switchboards to a high standard of safety, quality, and service, but will also need to undertake switchboard manufacturing when there is no testing work.

The successful applicant will need to ensure that all testing work is carried out methodically and all relevant documentation is completed accurately and on time.

The successful applicant will need to have:

· Electrician Registration and/or NZQA Level 5 Electrical

· Experience in Switchboard manufacture and Electrical Standards

· Good communication skills.

· The ability to be well organized and to prioritize work tasks.

· An attention to detail.

· A customer service focus.

· Able to work under pressure and do what it takes to meet deadlines.
