Project Supervisor
About the role:
McKay are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our project team In Dannevirke. This is a great opportunity for an experienced industrial or commercial electrical professional to step into a leadership role on a significant and rewarding solar project.
On offer is a Fixed Term contract to coincide with the duration of the project. We are open to longer-term options for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the electrical installation.
- Supervising a team of electricians and trade assistants.
- Continuous review of the project schedule, managing deliverables and estimate costs.
- Collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Commitment to health and safety best practices.
- Excellent time management skills.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in electrical supervision.
- Current EWRB registration and practicing licence.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
