People & Culture Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve our HR systems.
- Analyse HR data to provide useful insights.
- Use Excel and Microsoft Office to create reports and presentations.
- Explain technical and data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate tasks and projects, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Work well with team members and stakeholders.
- Focus on client and stakeholder needs in all interactions.
Qualifications:.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at coordinating tasks and projects
- 5 + Years Experience with HR systems like BambooHR, CultureAmp, and Remuneration frameworks would be an advantage
OR
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (Level 7) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management or similar

By joining McKay, you’ll receive the opportunity to work on some challenging and exciting projects as well as being part of a fantastic team. We offer a competitive remuneration package, between $38.00 and $48.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. This role is full time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday and is based at Head Office in Whangarei.
